How do I get a quote for my project?

Getting a quote is simple. You can call us directly or fill out our online form. For most projects, we perform a brief site visit to provide a firm, accurate estimate.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed by the ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) and carry comprehensive liability insurance and WSIB coverage for your peace of mind.

Do you handle permits and ESA certifications?

Yes, we manage permits and coordinate inspections as required to ensure your project meets all local codes and regulations. 

How long is the typical lead time for booking?

Depending on the season, we typically book 1–2 weeks in advance for standard projects. Urgent repairs can often be accommodated much sooner within our emergency schedule.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency work?

Yes, electrical emergencies don't always happen during business hours. We offer emergency support for issues like total power loss, sparking, or water-related electrical hazards.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend work?

Yes, we can schedule work outside of regular business hours to help minimize disruptions to your operations.
